Renwick D Martin is a partner in the New York office, where he joined the firm in 1972. He is a member of the firm's management and executive committees. Mr Martin has worked in the mortgage-backed area since 1977 when he participated in the Bank of America pass-through transaction, which was the first publicly-offered conventional pass-through transaction. Since 1984, Mr Martin has concentrated on mortgage-backed and asset-backed financings of all types.Mr Martin received his JD from Harvard Law School in 1972 and his AB from Stanford University in 1969. He is admitted to practice in New York.
