Biography: Capital Markets
Renwick D Martin is a partner in Sidley's New York office, where he joined the firm in 1972. He is a member of the firm's management and executive committees and global coordinator of the structured finance and securitisation practice. Mr Martin has worked in the mortgage-backed area since 1977 when he participated in the Bank of America pass-through transaction, which was the first publicly offered conventional pass-through transaction.
