Stefan Lebek is a partner with P+P Pöllath + Partners in the firm's Berlin office. He has practised real estate law since 1998 and worked at a leading German/international law firm before joining P+P in 2004.

He specialises in private real estate law, with a particular focus on advice during real estate transactions (due diligence, asset and share deals, lease agreements, financing agreements, real estate-related corporate law), as well as on providing legal advice in connection with project development, joint ventures and real estate private equity investments. Stefan Lebek also renders legal advice on all aspects of real estate-related public law.
