Florian Kremslehner has been a partner at Dorda Brugger Jordis since 1992 and heads the firm's litigation and arbitration department.

Florian Kremslehner has more than 20 years of experience in dispute resolution, advising clients in civil and criminal litigations as well as in international arbitrations. His litigation practice includes business crime cases, banking and insurance, as well as corporate and construction disputes. He also has extensive experience as arbitrator and counsel in institutional and ad-hoc arbitrations (ICC, UNCITRAL, Vienna Rules). His present practice as an arbitrator and party counsel covers all areas of commercial and international law, with a focus on telecoms and investment disputes. His advocacy skills are complemented by many years of experience in banking and finance transactions.

Florian Kremslehner also has a reputation for investigating asset recovery and corporate liability cases. He advises a wide range of banking and industry clients, governments and international organisations, insurance companies and auction houses in complex high-volume disputes.

Florian Kremslehner is a graduate of the University of Vienna (Dr iur 1985) and was admitted to the Austrian Bar in 1990.
