Eduardo Kleinberg Druker has been partner of the firm since 2003, in the intellectual property practice. He focuses on matters related to intellectual property and franchises.

Eduardo is president of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI) and the Intellectual Property Commission of the Confederation of Industrial Chambers of Mexico, and is also a member of Licensing Executives Society - Mexico (LES-Mexico), the International Trademark Association (INTA), the Licensing Executives Society International (LESI), the Inter-American Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (ASIPI), the International Chamber of Commerce Mexico and the Mexican Franchise Association.

He is a speaker at various national and international conferences such as the annual meeting of the governing board of the International Licensing Executives Society, the annual meeting of the International Bar Association, events of the ICC, the National Association of Business Lawyers and intellectual property seminars of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property.

He is the contributor in charge of the Mexican chapter in International Licensing published for the Center for International Legal Studies in Salzburg, Austria, by BNA International.

Eduardo Kleinberg has been a partner of the firm since 2003, practising in the intellectual property area. He focuses on matters related to intellectual property and franchises.

Eduardo is president of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI); coordinator of the intellectual property committee of the Confederation of Industrial Chambers of the United States of Mexico (CONCAMIN); coordinator of the intellectual property committee of Ilustre y Nacional Colegio de Abogados; past president of the Licensing Executives Society, Mexico (LES-Mexico); member of the International Trademark Association (INTA); member of the Licensing Executives Society International (LESI); member of the Inter-American Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (ASIPI); member of the International Chamber of Commerce Mexico; and member of the Mexican Franchise Association.
