Mr Klasko was chosen to represent employers and their lawyers both at the Department of Labour national training symposium and before the US Commission on Immigration Reform. He has also participated in the training of US consular officers and administrative law judges. He has chaired AILA's business immigration committee and its task force on H and L visas and presently chairs the EB-5 committe.
A former adjunct professor of immigration law, Mr Klasko is a frequent lecturer on immigration law subjects. He also co-authored the two-volume Employers' Immigration Compliance Guide.
Mr Klasko has been selected for Best Lawyers in America annually since 1991. Both he and his law firm have been chosen in the top tier by Chambers Global.
His firm represents many of the world's largest multinational companies in a wide variety of industries, and has been chosen in a nationwide polling of clients and peers as the top US firm in the university research and medical sectors. He also focuses on E-2 and E-B5 investors, both individual and corporate. With offices in Philadelphia and New York, the firm's practice is limited to immigration and nationality law matters.
