Biography: Insolvency & Restructuring

Vincent Jeanneret is a partner in Schellenberg Wittmer's dispute resolution group in Geneva, specialising in commercial and banking litigation, with a focus on international and complex cases. He was admitted to the Bar in Switzerland in 1989, after graduating from the University of Geneva (law degree in 1982, business degree in 1985 and Master of Laws in 1986). Vincent Jeanneret published extensively in the fields of insolvency law and criminal law. He has been described as one of the few specialists dealing with major insolvency cases in Switzerland and on an international level.

Vincent Jeanneret was appointed by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) in connection with the liquidation by way of bankruptcy of a Swiss bank, as well as a Swiss stockbroker. Since 15 May 2009 Vincent Jeanneret has been the managing partner of Schellenberg Wittmer.
