Vincent Jeanneret is a partner in Schellenberg Wittmer's litigation group in Geneva, specialising in commercial and banking litigation, with a focus on international and complex cases. He was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 1989, after graduating from the University of Geneva (law degree in 1982, business degree in 1985 and Master of Laws in 1986). Vincent Jeanneret published extensively in the fields of insolvency law and criminal law. He has been described as one of the few specialists dealing with major insolvency cases, on the Swiss and international levels.
