Mr Hilditch is a member of the Law Society, the City of London Solicitors Company, the International Bar Association, the sound practices committee of the Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA) and the Financial Services Authority legal experts group. Mr Hilditch is a graduate of the Oxford University and the College of Law.
Widely recognised for his knowledge and experience in the area of alternative investment funds, Mr Hilditch is a frequent speaker on hedge funds and related topics and a regular contributor to a variety of industry publications. Articles include 'AIFM Directive - Publication of Final Text', 'Bribery Act 2010 Update: Delay to Implementation', 'FSA Makes Amendments to Telephone Taping Rules', and 'New FSA Policy on Prime Brokerage Client Assets'. He also contributed to Investment Management: Law and Practice (Oxford University Press 2010).
