Biography: Mergers and Acquisitions
Joaquín Hervada is a consultant in our corporate practice and joined the firm as a partner in 1998. He was one of the principal partners of the highly regarded Madrid law firm Hervada & Klingenberg, and a former partner in the well-known Spanish firm of Armero.He has a well-established practice and reputation in corporate and commercial law, in particular M&A and joint venture work for both Spanish and international clients.
Joaquín speaks Spanish, English and French. He has a Law and Economics degree from ICADE, Madrid.
