Biography: Project Finance

Mr Hadley is a member of Davis Polk & Wardwell's corporate department. He advises clients on a wide variety of domestic and cross-border corporate and project finance matters. He has extensive experience in the areas of leveraged and structured finance in both the debt capital and syndicated loan markets.

Mr Hadley joined Davis Polk in 1987 and became a partner in 1996. He practised in the London office from 1989 to 1991.

Mr Hadley received his BA in civil engineering from Cornell University in 1980 and in 1987 received his JD from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and teaching fellow.
