Paul Glazener heads our competition department in Amsterdam. He specialises in EC and Dutch competition law and regulation as well as general EU law. Paul has ample experience in assisting major corporate clients when they are under investigation by regulators and prosecutors, as well as extensive experience in the field of merger control and cartel cases. He has represented a large number of domestic and international clients in proceedings before the European Commission, the European Court of Justice, the Dutch competition and regulatory authorities and the Dutch courts. Paul frequently litigates cases in both the Dutch and the EU courts and is viewed as one of the top five competition lawyers in the Netherlands. He is also a regular speaker at conferences on competition law.
