Biography: Product Liability

Keith Gerrard is the senior lawyer in Perkins Coie's product liability litigation group. He graduated with honours from Harvard Law School, is a fellow of the American College of Trial lawyers and a director of the Product Liability Advisory Council Inc (PLAC). For over 30 years, he has overseen the defence of The Boeing Company in aviation accident cases. He has litigated cases for many manufacturers, including Boeing, General Motors, Honeywell (AlliedSignal), General Electric, Raytheon Aircraft Corporation and Turbomeca SA. Mr Gerrard is the editor of Product Liability In The United States - A Primer for Manufacturers and Their Employees. Mr Gerrard frequently lectures on product liability subjects and has conducted approximately 125 product liability case-study workshops for more than 40 manufacturers in the United States, Canada, France, Belgium, Germany, India and Malaysia.
