Biography: Corporate Tax
James P Fuller is a partner in the tax group at Fenwick & West LLP. He was named one of the world's top 25 tax advisers in a recent Euromoney survey (2011). Chambers USA (2011) gave Fuller its "star performer" rating, making Fuller the only US tax adviser to receive this rating. Chambers Global (2011) named Fuller as the only US tax person in Band 1 for both corporate tax and international tax.Fenwick & West has represented well over 40 of the Fortune 100 companies in federal tax matters, and over 100 of the Fortune 500. World Tax (2011) gave Fenwick & West a first tier ranking in tax. International Tax Review named Fenwick & West "US tax litigation firm of the year" for three of the past six years and "San Francisco tax firm of the year" for four of the past six years. International Tax Review also named Fenwick & West as one of the "world's leading tax planning" and "world's leading tax transactional" firms in 2011.
