Andreas Fabritius has been a partner of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer since 1991 and works out of the Frankfurt office. He specialises in (public and private) M&A, general corporate law, corporate restructurings and related finance work.

Andreas completed his legal education at the University of Bonn (Dr iur), at the Academy for Administrative Sciences in Speyer, at the University of Michigan (LLM) and at the European University Institute in Florence. His publications include the contribution to the M&A section of a well-known German form book (Hopt, Vertrags- und Formularbuch, 3rd edition, 2006). He is also admitted as certified tax counsel in Germany and attorney-at-law in New York.

Andreas joined the firm in 1988. He speaks German, English and Italian.
