In 1985, after becoming a member of the Israeli Bar, Mr Epstein worked at the Directorate General for Competition in Brussels. He established the law firm in 1989. Mr Epstein served as lecturer and assistant professor at Tel Aviv University Law School and taught EC competition law at Tel Aviv Business College.
Mr Epstein served as a member of the government committee preparing the Israeli market for the European Union and as a member of the foreign trade committees of the Israel Industrialists' Association and Israel's Chambers of Commerce. Mr Epstein currently serves as deputy chair of the Israeli Bar antitrust committee and as the representative of the Israeli Bar to the IBA. Mr Epstein represents the Bar before the Knesset in all matters concerning antitrust and financial affairs, and chairs the Israel Bar Annual Conference.
Mr Epstein is the author of the chapters on Israel in The Private Competition Enforcement Review and the Oceana Digest of Commercial Laws of the World, Warranties and Disclaimers and Merger Control. Mr Epstein has published numerous articles on antitrust and on the legal environment of Israel's foreign trade.
Mr Epstein speaks Hebrew, English and French.
