Marcel Dietrich's practice focuses on Swiss and European competition and antitrust law with emphasis on administrative and civil antitrust litigation and merger control. He has represented a large number of major Swiss and foreign companies in administrative and civil antitrust litigation, cartel and abuse of dominant position investigations as well as in merger control notifications before the Swiss Competition Commission and the European Commission. He also coordinates multinational merger control filings.
Marcel Dietrich advises clients on matters of Swiss and European competition law and EU law in general. Other areas of his practice include regulated markets, in particular communications, energy and media, and public procurement.
In addition, Marcel Dietrich has published and lectured on various subjects of competition and EU law. He speaks German, English and French.
