Biography: Management Labour and Employment

Mark S Dichter is chair of Morgan Lewis's global labour and employment practice. He was named the world's leading labour and employment lawyer by Who's Who Legal.

For more than 35 years, Mr Dichter has represented and counselled major employers in a full spectrum of employment law issues including employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wage hour laws, ERISA litigation, employee relations, and whistleblower cases.

Mr Dichter also has an extensive background dealing with the EEOC, the US Department of Labor, and the OFCCP - at both the national and regional levels - and has served as counsel for major corporations, securities firms, and law firms in high-profile class actions and other significant employment litigation.

Mr Dichter is active in many professional organisations, including his former position as chair of the ABA labour and employment law section and his regular speaking engagements at national seminars on employment law topics. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business, and is a fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.
