Rémi Delforge advises multinational companies, hotel chains, banks, private equity investors, governments and sports federations wishing to restructure their operations and expand in France, Monaco and internationally through franchise, licensing and distribution arrangements or aquisitions. Mr Delforge has published articles and is one of the practitioners having anticipated the position of the French Supreme Court regarding the effects of non-disclosure under the Doubin Law and the adaptation of international franchise contracts under French and Monaco laws. He is a regular guest speaker at seminars and he lectures on franchising and business expansion systems at Business Schools and Universities.
Mr Delforge is a member of the arbitration panel of the Paris Arbitral Court (distribution), the International Bar Association and acts as Monaco representative to the ICC commissions on distribution, advertising & e-commerce.
Rémi Delforge has worked and lived in the US, France, Italy and England. He speaks fluent English, French, Spanish and Italian and reads German. He is a graduate of the University of Paris Assas, University of Paris Sorbonne and Tulane Law School.
