The Financial Times (Europe) recently featured Anthony's patent victory for the same case wherein the Canadian Federal Court granted Sanofi's request to block a challenge by Apotex, Canada's leading generic drugmaker, against its Plavix patent.
He is a registered patent and trademark agent and is permitted to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office as a patent agent.
