Biography: Banking
James E Clark is a partner in Sidley's Chicago office. His practice focuses on commercial law. He is coauthor of 'Legal Developments in Secured Financing' (1978 - 1994). Mr. Clark was a member of the faculty for 'Financing Leveraged Buyouts and Acquisitions', held by the Practicing Law Institute in 1989. He is a member of the board of contributors of 'The Bankruptcy Strategist'. Mr Clark was chairman of the acquisition financing subcommittee of the commercial financial services committee of the American Bar Association business law section from 1990 through 1994. He is a fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers.
