A Harvard University graduate, Ms Breslow received her law degree from Columbia University where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. She is a founding member of New York's Private Investment Fund Forum, and is a member of the advisory board of Third Way Capital Markets Initiative. She is a member of the board of directors of 100 Women in Hedge Funds and a member of the board of trustees of the Joyce Theater in New York. In 2010 and 2011, Ms Breslow was named one of The Hedge Fund Journal's 50 Leading Women in Hedge Funds.
Ms Breslow co-authored Private Equity Funds: Formation and Operation, published by Practising Law Institute, and 'Hedge Fund Investment in Private Equity,' an article in Private Equity 2005-2006, a PLC cross-border handbook.
