Biography: Corporate Governance
Nigel Boardman joined Slaughter and May in 1973 and was made a partner in 1982. His broad practice includes domestic and international corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, general corporate advice, joint ventures, flotations, demergers, private acquisitions and disposals, public takeovers, issues of compliance and corporate governance and insolvency and restructurings.Through his role as adviser to many different UK and overseas companies he has had a broad exposure to issues of corporate governance in most business sectors and for all sizes of company.
