Doug Bland is a partner in the business and international section of Vinson & Elkins. For more than 20 years, Mr Bland has engaged in a domestic and international business transactions practice that focuses on energy, project finance and development, and mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures). His experience covers a broad spectrum of energy-related matters within the upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors.
