Biography: Corporate Immigration

Ted Badoux, born in 1948, is a co founder of the firm Everaert Advocaten, with offices in Amsterdam. The firm has 16 lawyers practising exclusively in the field of Dutch immigration and nationality law. In this field, Ted's firm is the largest and most well known in the Netherlands, servicing both private individuals and businesses. Ted Badoux, an attorney for over 30 years, is specialised in corporate immigration; focusing mainly on services to companies, arranging permits for foreign nationals employees and entrepreneurs from both inside and outside of the European Union.

Ted Badoux collaborated as an annotator on the Dutch jurisprudence series Rechtspraak Vreemdelingenrecht (Administering Immigration Law); taught Immigration Law to attorneys; and is the collaborator and co author of two books on immigration law of the member states of the European Union. Ted Badoux represents the Netherlands for immigration and naturalisation law in the International Bar Association, and he is a faculty member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Ted Badoux participates on behalf of his firm in Visa Law, a global group of expert immigration lawyers and in the European Immigration Lawyers Network, a group of expert immigration lawyers from law firms throughout Europe.
