Ai Ming started her legal career in litigation but now focuses on intellectual property, information technology and energy. One of the pioneers in the field, she is credited with having started and built up the IP and technology practice group at Rodyk & Davidson to become a recognised name in the field in Singapore.

Her clientele includes notable domestic and multinational corporations, government bodies and tertiary institutions for whom she manages the intellectual property portfolios, advises on commercialisation strategies and litigates on disputes arising from the enforcement of IP rights. A significant part of Ai Ming's practice is also devoted to the management of cross-border litigation for IP infringements and counterfeiting.
