Konstantinos lectures and publishes frequently on European and international trade law subjects. He is the author of Anatomy of the World Trade Organisation (Kluwer, 1997), Subsidies and Countervailing Duties Under EU Laws (Paladium, 2000) and EU Anti-subsidy Law and Practice (Sweet & Maxwell, 2007). He is a member of the European Trade Law Association and the antitrust and trade law committee of the International Bar Association.
Konstantinos has practised in Brussels since 1988 and has been with Hammonds since 1993. Hammonds is one of the largest UK commercial law firms, with offices in London, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Bradford, Madrid, Berlin, Munich, Paris, Rome, Turin, Aosta, Moscow, Hong Kong and Brussels. In the latter, where Konstantinos is based, the firm is active in all areas of European law, international trade law, antitrust and merger control, state aids, and utilities and public procurement law.
