On the corporate side, Gowlings has a strong presence in the M&A chapter, with four practitioners selected for inclusion. Nicholas Dietrich is “well known” for his representative work for financial and strategic buyers and is equally praised for his private funds practice, which encompasses work in the formation of private equity and hedge funds.
