Hoyng Monegier scoops top life sciences specialist
Carla Schoonderbeek has joined IP boutique Hoyng Monegier in its life sciences and regulatory practice. She arrives from Hogan Lovells.

Operating from the Amsterdam and Brussels offices, Schoonderbeek’s practice will cover the full range of European and national regulatory matters. She regularly advises on EU market access, including EU and national marketing authorisations, regulatory data protection, clinical trials and EU risk management as well as enforcement actions by authorities.
Her track record also includes assisting pharmaceutical companies in obtaining, maintaining or amending marketing authorisations for their products.
