Greg Thompson launches property firm in Auckland
Leading real estate lawyer Greg Thompson has left Russell McVeagh, where he was a senior partner, to establish commercial property firm Thompson Blackie Biddles Limited based in Auckland, New Zealand.
The firm provides legal advice to New Zealand Exchange listed companies, property trusts and high net worth individuals.
Thompson is experienced in all areas of commercial property and real estate law and has acted in complex transactions including representing developers and tenants in the Vero Centre, PWC Tower and Deloitte Centre in Auckland.
His expertise encompasses acquisitions, joint ventures, divestments, developments, design build and lease agreements and commercial leasing.
Thompson is listed in The International Who’s Who of Real Estate Lawyers.
