Lipson joins DLA Piper in Washington
DLA Piper has hired Kevin Lipson and a team of four in its energy practice group in Washington, DC.
They arrived from Hogan Lovells where Lipson served as the practice area leader of the firm’s energy group.
Lipson is experienced in all aspects of regulatory issues related to energy companies and has acted before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Commodities Futures Trading Commission.
