K&L Gates expands competition practice in London
K&L Gates LLP has expanded its competition practice with the hire of Scott Megregian as a partner in the London office.
Scott Megregian
He arrives from McDermott Will & Emery LLP, where he was a partner for over 12 years.
Megregian is experienced in international competition law including transactional, dispute resolution, merger work, and government investigative and cartel matters. He regularly advises clients on regulatory issues, specifically those arising from the EU’s safe use chemical initiative, REACH.
He has also previously advised leading global brands in such industries as security and information technology, natural resources, and energy, consumer electronics, beverage distribution and sports.
