Lomiko Metals appoints mining expert on board of directors
Lomiko Metals has appointed Mark Nesbitt as an independent director to its board of directors based in Denver, Colorado.

His appointment follows the resignation of Melvin Rokosh, who was previously an independent arbitrator for the company.
Nesbitt is a natural resources lawyer with a primary focus on domestic and international mining transactions, structuring and negotiating mineral agreements, title opinions, due diligence and corporate and general business counsel.
Nesbitt is the founding member of the firm Nesbitt & Associates LLC. An experienced geologist, he advises clients on matters involving gold and precious metals, copper, lead and other base metals, uranium, coal and industrial minerals. He is listed in the International Who’s Who of Mining Lawyers.
