Barbosa Abogados launches in Buenos Aires
Adalberto Ramiro Barbosa and a team of six lawyers have gathered to form Barbosa Abogados in Buenos Aires.
The firm specialises in multiple areas including corporate, banking and finance, litigation, tax and real estate.
Barbosa, who was previously a partner at Cárdenas Di Ció Romero Tarsitano & Lucero, has held in- house positions at BankBoston, Fleet National Bank and Bank of America.
His main practice areas are banking and financial law, loan restructuring, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. He features in The International Who's Who of Banking Lawyers.
