Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP excels in our research with a total of six lawyers selected for inclusion. Robert MacDonald is an “outstanding” trademark lawyer with over 25 years experience in licensing, prosecution, oppositions and litigation. Paul Blanchard is a “superb” litigator and has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada. Scott Jolliffe is the chair and chief executive officer of the firm and his trademark expertise is “second to none”. Arthur Renaud is a “prominent” trademark litigator and represents domestic and international clients in the pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and manufacturing sectors.
