We identify 15 members of Brazil’s vibrant disputes bar as national leaders in commercial litigation, recognised for their representation of corporations, financial institutions and government entities on a range of matters.

Fabíola Polatti Cordeiro Fleischfresser represents Hapner & Kroetz, Advogados, where she is recognised for her “high standard” of work in insolvency, real estate, IP, finance and insurance-related litigation work.
Lautenschleger Romeiro Iwamizu is home to Antonio Urbino Penna whose work in bankruptcy and leasing litigation and ADR is “well thought of” by peers.
At Leite Tosto e Barros Advogados Associados S/C, Ricardo Tosto is noted for his extensive experience working for Brazilian and international corporations and government entities in high profile disputes.
