Kiev-based and “highly respected” Armen Khachaturyan chairs the banking, finance and securities group of Asters and has advised Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, Standard Bank and BNP Paribas. Igor Verkhovodko is a partner at Belarusian firm Businessconsult and is described as “outstanding”. Arthur Iliev of Clifford Chance LLP focuses his practice on financial markets, derivatives and securities.
Alexander Timofeev of Liniya Prava is also listed. He focuses his practice on the issuance and placement of securities and corporate management.
