Arne Ringnes also receives recognition, adding listings in the life sciences and patents sections to his strong performance here.

Advokatfirmaet Thommessen is also well known for its competition practice, which sees four lawyers featured in the corresponding chapter. A number of the firm’s lawyers have professional experience from the Norwegian Competition Authority, the European Commission, the EFTA Surveillance Authority and the EFTA Court. Completing the listing is the “excellent” Siri Teigum, singled out for her “first-rate” competition practice and complements this with additional listings in the public procurement and regulatory communications chapters.
Four lawyers from the firm’s Oslo office appear in the corporate tax chapter. Both Henning Naas and Ståle Kristiansen are “world class” for international taxation matters. The firm’s real estate practice is also very strong, with four names featuring prominently in that section: the “brilliant” Christopher Borch and the “top-tier” Christian Müller are both noted for their work regarding commercial property. With regard to finance matters, Hans Haugstad is a leading name and features in the banking and project finance sections.
