Robert Brady is one of the leading food and drug lawyers in Washington, DC, and has been cited for his “excellent” working knowledge of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). He is joined by Jonathan Kahan, co-director of the firm’s food, drug, medical device and agriculture group, whose practice focuses primarily on assisting medical device companies in navigating the FDA regulatory process. Howard Holstein focuses on medical device law and works extensively with manufacturers of all sizes and stages on a broad spectrum of FDA matters. Carla Schoonderbeek has extensive experience in European law relating to the regulation of medicinal products: both pharmaceuticals and biologicals. She is described as being “pre-eminent in her field”, and is praised for her very practical, business-focused advice and her “international approach”. Elisabethann Wright is renowned for her extensive experience in advising clients on the impact of EU policy and legislation. She is also a prominent figure in litigation before the European Court of Justice, the European Court of First Instance, and the European Free Trade Agreement Court, with a particular emphasis on pharmaceutical law, medical devices, food law and the environment.
