The firm’s impressive profile is based to a large extent on the standing of managing partner Cyril Shroff, who is the only individual in the entire publication to earn a place in six separate chapters. “One of the biggest names in the market”, Shroff received sufficient nominations to appear in a range of corporate and finance-related areas. L Viswanathan acted alongside Cyril Shroff as lenders’ counsel for ICICI Bank Limited in the financing of Lanco Group’s power project in the state of Himachal Pradesh, India, and earns a place in the project finance chapter.
