Uría Menéndez was established in the 1940s by Professor Rodrigo Uría González and has a presence in 16 locations worldwide. Uría Menéndez’s corporate expertise is “highly regarded” by clients. The firm’s corporate tax contingent is regarded as “world-class” with seven lawyers featured in the corresponding chapter. In Madrid, Guillermo Canalejo is “truly outstanding”. Rafael García Llaneza is “a great tax lawyer” and Jesús López Tello receives particular mention for his M&A and tax litigation work.
