What is the Who's Who Legal '70'?
Pinheiro Neto Advogados was founded in 1942 and is one of the largest firms in Latin America. It has offices in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Brasília and practitioners from all three cities appear in this publication. Pinheiro Neto boasts 15 practitioners in 16 chapters, more than any other Brazilian outfit. Six of these appear in more than one chapter.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The commercial litigation chapter sees two entries from the firm: Gilberto Giusti and Celso Cintra Mori. Giusti is the only Pinheiro Neto practitioner to be listed three times in this publication and is the firm’s sole representative in the commercial arbitration chapter. He is also known for his litigation work within the aviation industry and was described to us during the research as a “very fine lawyer”. The aviation chapter boasts another of the firm’s practitioners, Ricardo E Vieira Coelho. Coelho is a “leading” aviation practitioner who, like Giusti, is respected for his leasing work.
