Three lawyers are identified for their capital markets practice. Jorgen Kjergaard Madsen is rated most highly from the firm and assists both Danish and international clients in connection with a range of matters that include private equity transactions and listings while Marianne Philip is “certainly a leader” in the field.
The firm has a strong contingent of three individuals listed in the competition chapter. The “very efficient and articulate” Morten Kofmann provides specialist advice on EU and Danish law. Erik Bertelsen is “brilliant”, his expertise includes merger control, and price and discount issues in relation to dominant companies.
