This webinar will be presented by Jason Fry, Secretary General of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and Francesca Mazza, Counsel at the ICC international Court of Arbitration and Secretary to the ICC Commission on Arbitration. Both are involved actively in the rules revision process as members of the drafting committee of the Task Force on the Revision of the ICC Rules of Arbitration.
