The HK Arbitration Charity Ball is a new event on the Hong Kong calendar aimed at raising funds to support local Hong Kong charities and to assist in the development of arbitration across Asia. The Ball will be held at the Conrad Hong Kong on Tuesday, 16 October at 7:30pm and will provide a touch of glamor to HK Arbitration Week. It will be an evening of fine food, music and dancing and we plan to hold a raffle and a charity auction. It is a chance for all of us to let down our hair and make new friends, while at the same time contributing to our community.

2. The People's Food Bank (St James' Settlement) (35%). This organisation provides meals to the homeless and emergency food supplies to the poor. They also provide meals on wheels for the elderly who cannot afford food, as well as infant formula to needy families. You will see on the website that their services were reduced significantly from 2009 to 2012, as the Government reduced its funding.
