Covington & Burling LLP has welcomed David Goodwin and Lawrence Hobel as partners in its policyholder insurance coverage practice.

Goodwin and Hobel both join the firm from Heller Ehrman LLP. The new arrivals appear in the present edition of The International Who's Who of Insurance and Reinsurance Lawyers.
