Kimberly Lynch is appointed to general counsel of futures broker

US-based futures broker R J O'Brien has appointed Kimberly Lynch to the newly- created role of general corporate counsel as part of the company's growth strategy.
Prior to the move Lynch served as senior vice president and associate general counsel to LaSalle Bank Corporation, where she headed the regulatory and corporate affairs departments.
