McDermott Will & Emery expands its Los Angeles finance team with the hire of banking expert

Gary Rosenbaum, a former banking and finance partner at DLA Piper, has joined the Los Angeles office of McDermott Will & Emery LLP.

He joins with three more partners from DLA Piper.
Rosenbaum's highly skilled practice includes commercial finance, private equity, mezzanine investments and other commercial transactions. He also advises various financial institutions on structuring, negotiating and documenting, and leveraged finance transactions in a broad range of industries. He appears in the banking chapter of Who's Who Legal: California.
