Proskauer Rose appoints new head of technology

Proskauer Rose LLP has secured the services of Jeffrey Neuburger as head of its newly formed technology, media, and communications division in New York.
Neuburger has considerable experience in complex intellectual property issues, acquisitions, licensing arrangements and joint ventures. He joins from Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP where he headed the technology, media and communications department.
He appears in The International Who's Who of Internet and e-Commerce Lawyers.
