Mendelsohn and Wormald to join Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP

Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP has announced that the well-respected Martin Mendelsohn and Chris Wormald will join the firm's franchising practice from Eversheds LLP.

Mendelsohn has over 40 years' experience advising clients on franchising, distribution, agency and licensing transactions, both domestic and international. The new team will be led by existing partner Mark Abell and Wormald, who was head of franchising at his old firm.

Wormald arrives after serving 12 years at Eversheds and previously served as was a vice president and general counsel at McDonald's Europe for 10 years.

Both Mendelsohn and Wormald appear in The International Who's Who of Franchise Lawyers.
